Program

It is a modern approach to leadership based not only on knowledge and strategies, but above all on the inner state. When a leader acts from clarity, calm, and inner strength, their decisions become precise and their influence on people stable and inspiring.

No. The program is not connected to any specific religion or religious practice. Although Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji are master-teachers trained in mystical technologies, meditation, and yoga, their approach is not religious and is not tied to any particular faith.

The program is conducted in English. Simultaneous translation into the language of the country where it is held is provided for all participants.

Yes. All processes and practices led by the masters are simple, accessible, and do not require prior experience. Several preparatory sessions are planned before the program where key principles are explained and basic meditations are taught.

Participation & Registration

This program is for those who are already successful but are seeking something more. If you are an entrepreneur, investor, or leader of a company or team and want to open a new dimension of your life — a space of clarity, depth, and strength — this program is created especially for you.

You either come directly or through a personal recommendation of one of the Oneness World Leaders, NOAs or Tapasvis.

Yes, we conduct a short interview before the program. It is important for us to understand your intentions, expectations, and current requests in order to adapt the program to the real needs of participants.

Yes, but each person goes through an individual registration. This is important so that every participant is equally engaged and ready for the process.

Format & Schedule

The program includes morning and daytime sessions with wisdom and meditation practices, as well as small group discussions and evening processes. The approximate schedule will be provided to participants in advance.

During sessions — absolutely not. Before entering the hall, phones and devices must be left outside in order to preserve the attention and overall state of the group. We strongly recommend reducing device use to a minimum during the program.

We expect about 50 participants (maximum 70). Unlike large programs with 250+ people, here you will find a calm atmosphere, more personal attention, and the opportunity to interact deeply with the masters.

Practical Aspects

Personal one-on-one meetings with the masters are not possible. But thanks to the exclusive, intimate format, you will have the opportunity to ask your personal questions during sessions. Online consultations with dasas — experienced mentors trained by the masters — are also available.

Yes. For 6 weeks after the program, there will be weekly online sessions of 1 hour to practice together, consolidate the result, and bring the experience into everyday life. After the program you will also be able to join deeper and longer training programs.
